The position will join our Marketplace team and will report directly to our Marketplace Director.

The Marketplace Client Services Engineer ensures that these customers have a thorough understanding of Zephyr’s comprehensive features and benefits. The successful candidate will be adept at ensuring customer adoption and will have outstanding relationship building skills. They will be our customer’s trusted advisor and solution architect as they employ their ability in understanding customer requirements and identify how Zephyr’s solutions can address these effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pre-Sales: Be the product expert for our customers and partners – gain and maintain a thorough understanding of Zephyr products and its integrations with complimentary solutions; deliver product demonstrations and proof of concepts to highlight Zephyr’s benefits; understand customer challenges in the area of Test Management and identify solutions to address them; respond to RFPs/RFIs and other requirements documents/
  • Post-Sales: Provide guidance on installation and configuration, data migration, and provide user and administrator training.
  • Product Evangelist & Thought Leader: Externally, share your experiences in the area of software delivery and testing best practices via blog posts, webinars, and speaking engagements. Internally, be the chief voice of our customers back to our product teams to help drive product direction and roadmaps.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must as is the ability to think on your feet
  • A passion to serve the customer, which has played out in some customer facing role such as consulting, technical support or sales engineering
  • Solid working knowledge/experience with the various components of DevOps and associated tools is a huge plus (defect tracking, requirements management, test automation, agile, etc).
  • Working knowledge of installing and configuring applications in both Linux and Windows environment
  • Experience with deployment of Enterprise applications in a clustered, fault tolerant configuration is a significant plus (use of or exposure to Load Balancers, proxy servers/firewalls, relational Databases and SQL, and user authentication mechanisms such as AD, LDAP, Crowd, and SSO technologies)
  • Experience with or the ability to easily ramp up on test automation is crucial (Atlassian product ecosystem including JIRA/Confluence/Bamboo, use of automation frameworks such as Selenium, HP UFT, Junit, etc. is also a big plus).

As a Zephyr Inside Sales Representative in our King of Prussia office, you are responsible for finding, developing, and closing new business within the QA test management industry as well as expanding opportunities within the existing customer base. You are responsible for converting leads provided to you via our top notch marketing team to opportunities and then closed deals. You'll meet and exceed goals through detailed tracking of sales targets/prospects, customer presentations & product demonstrations, and negotiating and closing sales. You will use your previous experience with QA Testing software to provide an incredible customer experience during the sales cycle, and through the transition from sales to implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNTING MANAGER | SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily accounting activities required to maintain the company's general ledger in all aspects.
  • Maintain a high quality of QA on all transactions from the staff accountant and senior accountant.
  • Be hands on support to staff accountant and senior accountant when necessary.
  • Approve and validate all journal entries.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
  • Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Partner with senior budget holders to monitor results versus approved budgets.
  • Review accounting and financial reporting from India subsidiary and recommend changes as necessary.

Month End Close and Financial Reporting

  • Review month end close schedules and financial statements for accuracy and consistency with plan and prior periods.
  • Prepare a timely and accurate monthly board package and investor reporting package.
  • Monitor billing and collections performance, identity and resolve issues in billing and collections process.
  • Approve and validate weekly department reporting like the dashboard and Atlassian reporting.

Acquistions

  • Work with corporate controller in all phases of accounting and finance integration.
  • Insure a smooth and accurate integration.

Other

  • Prepare for and ensure a clean and timely year-end audit as required.
  • Prepare for and assist in an ERP conversion as required.
  • Back up corporate controller when they are unavailable.

Qualifications - Education/Experience

  • Bachelors degree in accounting
  • CPA (Active or Inactive)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in the general ledger/financial reporting area; big 4 experience a plus
  • Strong technical understanding of GAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel
  • Quick Books online hands on experience plus ERP systems familiarity
  • Software experience highly preferred
