Managing large quality assurance (QA) teams requires a focused, effective strategy to ensure your
customers are best-served by the software you’re building for them. Having a well-defined process
framework in place will give you a starting point for a planning roadmap, action items to implement, and

Companies implement some flavor of “Agile” for many reasons, most boiling down to “we want to ship better software faster.” Adoption of agile across an organization can be challenging for any group, but it’s even harder for large organizations.
As a Quality Assurance Manager or Analyst, our very title tells us what our role is – we “assure quality”. The only problem was that its test management system had more bells and whistles than practical features and needed functionality. This inflated costs, and convoluted the test management process.
